Rather, they are parties who want to agree with one another and do so through the process of negotiation. It is our belief that both sellers and buyers should be represented in a real estate transaction so that each party has the advantage of support, protection, advice and advocacy in the transaction.
2.We treat sellers honestly and fairly. It is not our intent to gouge a seller or to trick them into giving away their property. It simply seems fair to us that homebuyers deserve to be represented the same as sellers. In order to avoid any conflict of interest we have chosen not to accept property listings and to represent homebuyers exclusively.
3.Numerous consumer surveys have indicated that buyers and sellers have been confused as to who represents whom in a real estate transaction. Our mandatory state disclosure law has helped to clarify that issue but it still is difficult for any cooperating agent (us) to give undivided loyalty to a seller (you) they have never met after having spent days looking at property with the buyers. That’s why we have chosen to honestly declare up front that we are on the buyers’ side.
4.We are members of LINK (our Island multiple listing service) as well as numerous national and local organizations devoted to excellence in the field of real estate. We have a focus on continuing education and consumer advocacy. We love working with agents who protect and serve their sellers’ best interest. Integrity is important to us. ·Liability is reduced and subagency liability is eliminated. You are not held responsible for anything we say and do, or fail to say and do, as you would with a subagent.

6.We believe that both buyers and sellers ought to be able to be represented in a home purchase without it costing either party anything additional. We believe the buyer broker fee should be instead of rather than in addition to the cooperating fee offered in the transaction.
7.All our fees are fully disclosed and we never draw a double commission.
